⚡ Power Hour – Fridays 10:30–11:30am

An energising, full-body session designed to challenge and motivate you. Power Hour blends functional training and endurance work into a fast-paced, fun format – think circuits, strength, and cardio bursts. Set in the open air, surrounded by the sounds of the farm, it’s a chance to push yourself, clear your head, and leave feeling strong.

Whether you’re building general fitness or working towards an event, Power Hour is a great fit for anyone training for HYROX-style challenges. It’s structured to build stamina, strength and resilience – all the good stuff you’ll need on race day.

NB: Dogs are present on the farm so if you are averse to dogs please be aware that they may be around during your stay. There are no other animals (other than wildlife such as deer, hare and birds of prey) on the farm.

In order to enable your instructor to give you as much focus as possible, classes are capped at 20 people. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so 24hrs before the class to allow me to offer your place to someone else. I cannot offer refunds for cancellations at any stage, but I can rebook you on to another class of your choosing if you cancel with up to 24hrs notice.
